As angry townspeople riot and organize search parties bent on exacting revenge on Homer, and the federal government tightens its military grip on the perimeter, the family must flee for their lives. They navigate guilt, genuine danger, and Homer’s unique, persistent ability to make any situation ten times worse through sheer stupidity.
